• Founders Club membership fees are a one-time payment. There are no payment terms available and there are no refunds on fees once paid.
• Upon payment of the La Vie Founders Club membership fee, all benefits and privileges will be active.
• The Founders Club requires membership in the La Vie Circle H 3 Bottle Club to receive Founders Club benefits and privileges. If the Circle H 3 Bottle Club is cancelled, Founders Club benefits and privileges will be discontinued with two exceptions:
  • Free cases of wine, based on membership level, until the term has expired.
  • Discount percentage, based on membership level, guaranteed for life. 
• Free cases of new wine club allocation releases must be picked up within one (1) month of their release or wine substitutions may be made at the discretion of La Vie Estate. Wine shipment may be requested. Shipping is free for this case of wine for Founding Connoisseurs. Shipping is at member’s expense for Winemaker’s Circle.
• Free mixed cases of wine included in membership are available in the month of December of each year. Shipping is available at member's expense.
• The Founders Club is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Circle H 3 Bottle Club, with the exception of the cancellation fee within the initial 12 month period. These terms are subject to change periodically and will be distributed to all members upon any changes. 
• Where discounts, free tastings or other privileges differ between the Circle H 3 Bottle Club and the Founders Club, the greates discount or privilege always prevails.

Circle H 3 Bottle Club Terms and Conditions, February 2026

• There is no cost to join. Each allocation is priced according to the price of the bottles, minus the applicable Club discount. New members are required to purchase their first 3 bottle wine club allocation at the time of joining. New members may select any 3 bottles at the applicable discounted rate.
• Shipping is available at member’s expense and priced according to shipping carrier zones. 
• One year commitment required. Cancellation within first 12 months results in a $100 cancellation fee. 
• Members receive 2 complimentary glasses or tastings (one per person present) daily any time they visit the tasting room. Member complimentary glasses/tastings are not available during events that include free wine with purchase. 
• Members receive 15% off wine purchases; 20% off when buying a case (12 bottles) all at one time. Members receive other food, event, and merchandise discounts. 
• Members receive access to Wine Club Only wines.
• Customer choice indicates the 3 bottles included in each Club allocation. If there is a new release, this is a mandatory inclusion in the allocation. Optional wines might also be made available in each allocation. Members may exchange optional bottles within those wines included in the allocation. Changes are made by logging into the Member account and modifying the allocation by the specified date within each Club allocation notification email. If changes are not made prior to the credit card on file being charged, a $10 change fee is applied.
• If Club allocations are not picked up within 30 days, wine substitutions might be made upon pickup. If Club allocations are not picked up within 90 days, Club allocation payment is forfeited and subject to non-fulfillment. Members may request Club allocation shipment, at their expense, to avoid payment forfeiture.
• Members may suppress a Club allocation by responding to the Club allocation email BEFORE the specified allocation modification date within each allocation email. Suppression of more than one Club allocation within a 12 month period could result in membership cancellation.
• Members must purchase a total of 15 bottles within a calendar year to remain Club members. Reminder emails will go out prior to anniversary date if the 15 bottle requirement has not been met.
