At La Vie, there are no strangers. New guests quickly find themselves sitting with others, sharing stories and embraced by all that makes La Vie, the way life should be. And now, we invite you to be an even closer part of our journey.
After more than four years of welcoming guests, getting to know our community, and building our La Vie family, we are ready to start on our next phase of growth. These 20+ acres of beautiful land overlooking the Blanco River Valley are calling to be shared, and we want to share it with you!

Most of you have never had the opportunity to see the acreage that is part of La Vie. We're changing that.
Alive with deer, birds, and other wildlife, imagine trails and picnic spaces nestled among the lush native grasses, large trees and abundant wild flowers. The terraced terrain will have ample areas for observing birds and wildlife, reading, or just enjoying the company you’re with and the sounds of nature.

Picture Perfect Picnics
Picture yourself gathering your picnic basket from the tasting room, including your favorite bottle of wine, sandwiches or charcuterie. Set off with your special someone, family or friends, to find your favorite silo gazebo or bench to sip your wine and enjoy your lunch. Maybe it's the silo or gazebo with your name on it, or someone you know.
Relax and enjoy. There's no hurry. You're on winery time!
Music on the Slab
Listen to fabulous music al fresco, in a natural amphitheater, surrounded by the extensive views of the Blanco River Valley. We’ll start out small, with blankets and bring your own picnics in the pasture, enjoying the stunning sunsets to relaxing sounds of your favorite artists.
What's the slab? Just what it sounds like, and the initial plan for the tasting room location. Let's put it to good use!
Calling All Birders
Imagine picking up your brown bag breakfast in the tasting room and setting off on the trails to find your favorite observation point. Be sure to start Merlin© and discover all that’s around you. Bring your binoculars so you won’t miss a thing. We had more than 42 species identified within a one hour survey by Master Naturalists. Upon return to the tasting room, enjoy a glass of wine and share all your discoveries with other birders.
Billy GoatWine Run/Walk
Check in at the tasting room. Start on the upper level. Traverse the terraced terrain, down and up. Make time out and back on the adjacent runway. Finish up with a bit more down and up, back to the tasting room, surrounded by beautiful scenery all the way.
Relax and enjoy your accomplishments with your favorite glass of wine and a snack, or perhaps lunch.
